Like the rest of STL. Not a good place to go if you want to feel safe. I will never stay there again. Go to St Charles it is much safer.
My stay here at this hotel was the absolute worst. The security staff is completely unprofessional. not only is the staff unprofessional but no one on the staff apologized for any of the inconveniences that I suffered. When security can be rude to guests for no apparent reason and call guests irrelevant then there a serious guest services problem. I feel so cheated out of a could be wonderful stay.
