"Hot 8 Yoga" has helped me along my self-love journey, self-acceptance journey, self believing, and confidence. This place helped me appreciate where I used to be and who I am, but it opened a new potential for self-improvement. It allowed me to better my mental health, physical health, and strength on a different level! I love Hot8, and the best part of any day and every week is Bridget Anderson’s “yoga sculpt” classes. Finding her “yoga sculpt” classes completely changed my life. I’d been doing those classes for years at first CPY and then H8… but until I found her, never loved it. Working out just felt like a chore. Since finding her I literally cannot WAIT to work out. The teacher Theresa (goes by Tee)(yin yoga Monday night sherman oaks) was the meanest rudest teacher I have ever met. She had so much attitude. Several students walked out of her class. She is not mindful nor intentional. I would never come back to this studio if she were the first teacher I would take.
