Great service if it isn't crowded. Pool tables are hogged by the same people for hours & hours so nobody else gets to play. They don't serve frozen drinks.

I sure wish the music were better.i would love some rock instead of rap shit they got blasting in here! But good thing im flexible...lpl

I came into Hotshots and right away the manager found us a seat and later have us another seat to put our purses but our waitress was overwhelmed, new or just didn't know how to communicate with her customers. She gave my white friend a drawing sheet and didn't give me one and I was the one that gave my credit card. She also did not tell me that they would be authorizing my credit card. Once for $25 when I ordered $8 then we ordered another $8 item and she authorized for another $25. She told me that every time I ordered som... read more

Service is piss poor!!!! I finished my meal before I got silverware, napkins or a drink! Unfortunately you have to give 1 star, because the service wasn't even worth that.
