Keep trying to give this place a “2nd Chance” and tonight was officially the last. Service is horrible, place is filthy, service is horrible and did I mention that the service is horrible? It wasn’t busy at all and 3 of us ordered a drink and 1 appetizer and about 25 minutes later the drinks came minus one. At 45 minutes someone finally came by to ask how we were doing and still no 3rd drink brought or the appetizer. I fully support downtown Cape but this place will forever be off the list. Really?? I was going in and they wouldn’t let some people in because of a waitress who posted and started trouble with someone and then nobody could go in!!! Won’t go back.
constant smoking had to leave was guna do karaoke but had a guy kept screaming buy our table
was very disappointed came in Sat. even shot one game of pool and never had a waitress come up and asked us if we wanted a drink on one at the bar spoke as we came in no reason for no servers
The staff here is lacking in basic customer service and it takes forever to get your order, even during slow times. Unbelievably rude.
Recommendedif you dont go you wont know an not knowing is the worst
Worse service I've had.. waited 27 mins for water then 52 mins for appetizers that never came.. don't go there
