Had a VERY large party here the other day, about 30 or more people. The food was very good and came out fast. We were greeted at the door by a manager and he was very polite! He also made sure to come by and check on us. The experience was made wonderful by our server McKenzie and the entire staff! As far as our server she was so happy and cheerful the entire time, always had a smile on her face and recommended so many amazing drinks to us! Had a large company party here and the service was very good! Katelyn was our server and she did an excellent job! Even went the extra mile of helping with our games. What a fun evening! The manager, Reed, was very accommodating to our party.
Visited hotshot for the first time as a new customer and the service I received was distasteful. The manager who was working at the time on 3/3/24 known as mark, refuse to serve us and all we wanted to do was order one drink. We enter the bar at 11:20pm to which it states that the bar closes at 12am. We were notified that he already removed the register and that he cannot serve anything 40 minutes before closing. Lots of wear and tear on furniture. One of the chairs at our table was almost entirely losing the material on it. Another had a huge stain. Food was average and our server was considerate and helpful. There were some creeps loitering in the parking lot that were there when we parked and still there an hour or so later when we left.
The food was good, and I recommend the woody burger. Waitress was awesome. She kept my water and bourbon full. It was a chill, laid-back type of night, and it seemed like a cool place to hang out.
