The El Dorado Jaycees wants to thank Kaleb Mason with HotShots for the excellent service we received last night during our meeting! Well today was my first experience at Hotshots!!! My friend and I had an awesome time. I had the " WOODY" burger!!! OMG it was delicious!! Hamburger and bacon between 2 grilled cheeses sandwiches!!! The atmosphere is very relaxing and upbeat. Good service , cold beer and great food , what more could u want ???? I'll be back, they r starting a Steak Night... Sounds good!!!
My family and I absolutely LOVE it here! The food is amazing and the service is always outstanding. We had our 13 year old daughter's birthday dinner here with 18 guests and it went off without a hitch. Kaleb and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating!
As I sit here still waiting on my food, I look around and the manager is just standing around doing nothing while the 2 waitresses that are here during lunch hour run(literally) to try to take care of the tables. This is ridiculous! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because both waitresses were going above and beyond to try to help everyone.
Fiancé and I went for the first time yesterday and loved it! Not only is the food excellent but our server, Katie, did an amazing job! I wish we could've afforded to tip more! We'll definitely be coming back here a lot! Also, the best sweet tea I've had out of any restaurant or fast food place in El Dorado. Loved loved loved it!
