OLD REVIEW: I came in with medium reddish hair. I made it very clear I didn't want darker hair. In fact, I brought in my own extensions and had told the hair stylist I wanted to make sure it matched. At the end of service it was a lot darker. I had to stop using my extensions.� The hairstyle was very nice and kept saying "It looks beautiful " . I told him "it's too dark". Not happy, i paid a lot of money for color and it washed out within 3 washes.
They won't give Alaska Vasquez half her money back for horrible service!!
While waiting for my wife, I overheard that they buy their extensions directly from China for about $50 each, then repackage them and sell for several hundred. European hair? No way. Ask for proof. These people are so fake here. Save your money.
I had my extensions done there totaling $868.00. Within 3 weeks at least half of my hair was pulled out due to breakage. If I could post pictures I would. I'm 47 years old and when I went in.. My hair was the longest it had ever been in my life. I will be complaining to the Nevada State Board and taking her and Hottie Hair Salon to court, and filing complaints to every agency I can. The Salon was DIRTY, dirty towels everywhere, Stylist salons were dirty. I'm assuming they didn't clean their combs and /Or brushes, combs etc. ... read more

Just got my hair done by Toni, first time at Hottie Hair today. Hair came out terrible. He missed a very obvious light spot, went back through to fix it, now hair is a completely different color around the lining of my face. Not to mention the appointment was for a color and a cut, he didn't cut my hair. Guess he forgot the cut part. Very disappointed, would not recommend this place to anyone. $80 bucks down the drain.
