Mike was knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures of unit and gave me through answers as to what the issue was. Make is an excellent tech and I highly recommend Houston Air.

Jose was awesome!!!! Mmt suggestion is to have a least a couple of thermostats under 100 for those on a fixed income. Others wise great experience.

Mike has been my service technician twice now and he is very professional and super knowledgeable! I appreciate how thorough he was with his work and explaining in detail all the issues our unit was having. He even went as far to explain how we could improve different things about our home to reduce our electric bill. I will recommend him and this company to anyone looking for service. This company is quick and reliable. Will be using y’all in future when we need to upgrade to a newer, larger unit.

When I called I spoke with ms Leslie I am soo impressed with this lady very professional and very polite never expected this kind of service over the phone every question I had she would answer and explained in detail this lady really enjoys her job I wish everyone was like that if she didn’t have the answer for my question she would put me in a brief hold and have a good answer I’m just soo happy to get this kind of service

Very happy with the service call. Tech took the time to explain to my wife and me how the system worked and was able to correct our problem quickly. He showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable.
