The office manager here is worthless and not good at customer service or communication skills. I moved from Houston to California in the middle of treatment and even though I paid upfront for comprehensive treatment, I was told I would have to find a new orthodontist in CA and was presented with no other option. I am now at a orthodontist in California and am being told I already paid for my treatment and they owe me my trays and even if I had to fly, it would be cheaper than starting over here.
