Vilma is great with providing the information you need, answering questions, and follow-up calls. I haven't actually met either of the dentists yet so I can't comment on them (guess you need more than 2 visits!). However Vilma was pleasant each time and I enjoyed our talks.
I brought my daughter in for braces at the recommendation of my dentist. When I met with his staff to discuss her treatment, I was impressed with Dr. Wadler and his staff. He was very nice and informative. One of my concerns that I discussed with his staff prior to signing an a agreement, was the ability/ ease to make an appointment during after school hours. Caring, Considerate, Compassionate – I am not new to the services of orthodontia (having been a patient 40 years ago and having my 2 oldest children undergo treatment 15 years ago.) Greatest Orhtodontist & staff – My daughter was treated by Dr. Wadler and his staff, and everythiing from the exam appointment until the treatment was completed was nothing short of excellent. My daughter has a beautil smile as decribed in our first appointment in the office, and we could not be happier with every aspect of the service. Communication with the staff and Doctors was also very good. When we had questions Barbara ,the Treatment Coordinator, always called back to answer them right away.
