Kathryn we apologize for your wait time at last week’s appointment. We strive to provide the greatest orthodontic care and customer service for all our patients. We value our patients time and realize they have many commitments outside of our practice and we truly pride ourselves on running on time and to the best of our ability. However, we work with our patients and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. Our patients can have emergencies or special needs visits and those can put our schedule behind, at times. When these situations occur, they are unfortunate but we need to make sure that every patient is taken care of and comfortable.
