I have had a couple of surgeries at HPH and the staff is AMAZING! The whole experience from when I checked in ….. pre op care…. post op care was excellent! I have had other procedures done at other hospitals and I felt like I was just a number. At HPH the staff was warm and very friendly and made me feel like my comfort was a high priority!

I have had two surgeries and two months, both on my right shoulder. The nurses and preop and postop are second to none. Their bedside manner was amazing and I had a great experience under the circumstances. I totally recommend this hospital for anyone surgery.

Our toddler had bilateral tubes placed by Dr. Grant with Texas ENT. Dr. Grant, his office staff and the entire team at HPH are wonderful! HPH called us the day after surgery was scheduled to go over all the details, they then called again as the surgery date approached to ensure we were prepared to pay our portion of the cost. Communication with the OR nurse, anesthesia and recovery was top notch!! Definitely recommend Dr. Grant and Houston Physicians' Hospital. 10/10 experience.
