Easy communication, personable team. Main knock is the online signing system. First issue was it is not compatible with mobile devices. When I tried, a glitch prevented me from signing out (so that I could get on my wife's device), and the notary couldn't manually boot me off. The fix was having to reset the whole meeting, and the overall impact was a 2.5 hour closing instead of 30 minutes.
