I?ve used HR Phoenix for the last 5 years for my home and build projects electrical needs. Always first rate in the quality of the technicians and customer service. For this visit, the inaccessible plug in for my hot water heater fried itself at the outlet. Quan was my super polite technician. We discussed the several options available to fix the problem, I chose the best one for me and the work was completed quickly, efficiently and it looks great! Called them to install an EV Charger for my 2024 Audi. The project was complicated by the fact that my main breaker box is in the 3rd car garage upfront and the main garage is in the rear of my home and they needed to run a 120+ feet cable through the attic(s) to get the wiring. I am a registered Professional Engineer who has managed commercial properties. I must say that this was the most impressive electrical contractor that I have dealt with to date. The technicians that were sent to my house to perform multiple tasks were knowledgeable, skilled, professional, on time, and courteous. They did whatever it took to do the job right. The price I paid for the work was very fair. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone.
