The electrician was on time to the appointment, worked efficiently and cleaned up after installation. The price was a little higher than some of the others, but worth it to get an experienced electrician.
When they called about the problem, they told me how to solve the situation over the phone. They stayed on the line until I tried their solution. It fixed the problem at no cost. They are now my "go to" electric company.
