On time. Great service.
A bit pricey but good service.
Professional and helpful. Take pride in their work as well as customer needs.
Great company, great work, job well done.
Their services were priced average. On the whole, HR Phoenix did a good job in replacing my bathroom fan. They were prompt and professional the entire time, explaining everything they did in detail without resorting to jargon. I?d hire them again.
Paul the owner is great! Went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fixed and in working order.

Business response:
Mr. Roy B. I apologize for the sticker shock on the breakers. The breakers that you have are the ARC/GFCI combination type and are very expensive. All 4 of the ones that you had were failing self diagnostic and tripping, causing power failures at multiple areas of your kitchen and my focus was to get you up and going, but I agree that I could have given you more of a heads up about the cost involved. Thank you for your feedback.
