They were very professional and thorough. An outlet had lost power and they were very diligent in resolving the issue which involved more than the usual dead outlet scenario.
They were knowledgeable, courteous, did what they said they'd do in a timely manner.
Overall the electrician appeared to do a thorough evaluation it appeared I was to contact the manufacturer with current issues than have them to phone this company. So the issue could be resolved.
Only problem is that they are expensive. BUT,if you want a reliable, responsive contractor they will solve your problem.
I give then credit for honesty and integrity in correctly diagnosing the problem and charging a reasonable fee.
