RecommendedWe just returned from a week at Casa Aqua in Los Sueños. The week was absolutely amazing. We were 3 families and we stayed in the stunning Casa Aqua. I cannot recommend HRG enough. Everything from the customer service to the properties they have listed are 5star. We have used them a number of times before and everything is always meticulously prepared for us. Great company, great staff and extremely professional! Our condo had the best location and was stocked with all the conveniences we needed for your vacation. We fished and saw monkeys. Ordered breakfast from marina every morning. So convenient. Casa Big Game This very large home was beyond what I expected. Every little detail in place, the art and solid wood hand crafted furnishings are impeccable. The kitchen was easy to use, host many people and the ice maker came in handy. HRG insured the we had an infinity pool, over looking moutains and jungles. Incredibly private, safe and grounds are maintained so well. Very diverse with their flora and fauna. Immaculate home, with a games room & pool table. First class accommodations, attentive staff, beautiful & convenient location.
No one does it better than the HRG team. I am a repeat customer and have had ZERO issues on multiple trips. I have tried to book solo to save a few dollars. Ended up being more expensive and a horrible experience. Funny thing is, HRG still bailed me out when I called on that trip begging for help!!! Class acts and that is why I am loyal the team.
