3rd time Saturday customer, and Powell's continues to impress.
Did a decent job on a recent septic system clean out. However, one of the associates was quite curt and could use some supplementary training in customer service etiquette. His partner did not suffer from the same deleterious personality, however. I think I'll use someone else next time as they weren't all that cheap, either.

During maintenance on the septic system, it was discovered that the concrete septic tank had partially eroded. The culprit, a water softener incorrectly installed.
