I was very unhappy with Powell's. They charged me to much time for trying to locate a point that I told them about; they failed to explain about a lot of important points related to what I needed and ended up costing me time and money. I did not feel they were honest or upright. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
The two reviews here are the only good I've ever heard about these rip off artists. They've run quite the scam sending postcards out to homeowners with septic systems and then come in and tell them they need thousands of dollars worth of work.
