"Exceeded expectations" I was in Charleston from out of town. The chrome strip on the bottom of the driver's door got pulled off and was hanging. I only had one day to have it repaired before having to leave Charleston. When I called, they checked and found they had the part in and told me to bring it on. I could tell they were swamped, but Danny signed me in and got it going. I left with friends and told him I could pick it up as late as they needed to keep it.
