Kenny is an excellent service advisor and goes far and beyond to keep us up to date on the status of our vehicle. Kenny is a true asset to the organization. Kenny’s performance is simple to say, Kenny walks on water !!!
Don't like the ridiculous upsells every time I go. Dealer prices for services are too high also.

Bryan was very kind and great to work with! I did end up waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change, when he said the wait might be 2 hours - I understand that this was out of his control! When I did check in for an update, he got back to me quickly, and apologized sincerely for the long wait. He ended up comping the price of the service and giving me a coupon for a free car wash - this was so kind and beyond expectation, he’s a 10/10 for sure!
Isaac was awesome! His customer service was top-notch. He met us at the door. He made the experience phenomenal with his knowledge of the vehicle and honest conversation. The finance department did a great job at giving me options to choose from that fit my preference. The process streamline was great and made the buying process more comfortable. Rob and Rich were great at presenting all options available during the final paperwork purchase process. One of my best car-buying experiences.
