Car purchase I went to Nissan and was assisted by Esteban Ruiz. He was amazing! He listened to my concerns and got me into a 2015 altima. I was under a time crunch and he worked with me in a fast and efficient manner. After my car purchase I had questions about taxes and other issues and he was willing to assist. He provided the best customer service and I would recommend him to everyone!
15K Service Third service on 2014 Pathfinder. Top of the line service and parts department. Service was professional and expedient. Auto delivered before estimated time. Waiting room was comfortable and well equiped. Parts Department was professional and helpful in selecting some accessory parts at a good price. I Recommend Hudson Nissan to everyone.
Great buying experience I just recently bought two cars from Hudson Nissan in Charleston, traded in my 2008 Envoy Denali for 2014 Pathfinder and also purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima for my son. The buying experience was wonderful, all of the staff there were very helpful and really worked hard to get us what we wanted. Our salesman, Esteban Ruiz was exceptional, friendly and he made our buying experience a wonderful one. Thank you to all the staff there, you guys were great.
Oil Change/Tire Rotation Unscheduled Maintenance This is our second oil change/tire rotation maintenance appointment. As before, we were immediately acknowledged when we arrived. Mark checked us in and went over all the work that was going to be completed and was up front with us that it may take a little longer. Appreciated that fact, so we could have made the decision not to go forward with the work.
Awesome Dealer We recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Hudson Nissan. From day 1 we received excellent service. It took us a little time but they worked with us and got us in the car we always wanted. Our salesman was Mike Garris and he was very patient, understanding , and friendly which makes a huge difference in purchasing a vehicle . Hudson Nissan worked with us and got us in the perfect car and got us at the perfect price . We highly recommend them .

Superior service even when busy!! I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Hudson Nissan! They were totally busy when I pulled up and everyone was still smiling and making sure I was taken care of. Tim Brock was my service advisor and he does a wonderful job of relating to his customers. Great experience - Helpful staff I am in internet buyer so I looked through the inventory, picked a Nissan SL that I liked and sent a request. Andre Toro replied very quickly with answers to my initial questions. Had a few more questions and Andre was always right there with what I needed. Wipers for 2012 PRO 4X Frontier I went into Hudson Nissan Dealership to get my wipers changed out as they really needed to be replaced. The Service person who helped me out was very personable. I let him know about my windshield wipers and he said it shouldn't take long. I went in and bought the wipers, brought them out to him and he had one of the service giys install them in no time.
