Our New Transmission We needed our transmission replaced in our new Altima. Tim Brock was our service rep and did an outstanding job in setting us up for a service appointment, getting us a loaner to use while our car was being repaired and keeping us updated on the progress of the installation. Great Customer Care Let me first say that my wife and I stopped at a near by Toyota dealership to purchase a camry but within 20 min we had been run around so much that we left and went to Hudson Nissan where we met with Clay Wickersham. Great Customer Service I was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing my 2009 Cadillac CTS from Hudson Nissian. Clay Wickersham went out of his way to help the purchasing process go smoothly and hassle - free. Love our 2014 Altima! Ron H made this the best buying experience ever. Hudson Nissan had deals that I just couldn't pass up. Unfortunately, they didn't have the exterior color or trim I wanted. Then when they found that, they didn't have the correct interior color. No problem for Ron…He found the one we wanted and got it for me (fresh off the truck) and I was still able to get a great deal.
