From the moment we got out of our car at the dealership... From the moment we got out of our car at the dealership we were impressed with the way we were treated by everyone at the dealership. We did not feel like they trying to sell us the vehicle but inform us of their product allowing us to make a choice based on knowledge. Sales and finance personnel knew there jobs very well and understood the importance of our time.
Customer service was excellent. Eric was an excellent... Customer service was excellent. Eric was an excellent salesman and helped pick out a great car to match what I was looking for. I filled out an app online. Eric called the same day and we did everthing initially over the phone b/c I live about 1hr away. I've been buying at this dealership for over 10... I've been buying at this dealership for over 10 years, starting back when they were Northside Nissan just down the road from their current location. I've bought 5 cars from them in total. Overall, they are a decent dealership. They were cramped for space, but over the past few years have expanded the lot to accommodate their inventory and offer more selection.
