A rental car was provided and she maintained communication with me while my car was being serviced. I would not consider going any place else for service.

I was a little disappointed that I was just notified that I needed to do a brake fluid change every 20,000 miles to stay compliant with my powertrain warranty as I try to stay compliant with that so I do not lose it for any reason.
