The purchasing process was the best i have ever experienced. The car was delivered to my doorstep. This was absolutely a positive experience. Unusual among most buying experiences.
Outstanding in Every Way I was looking for a used pick up. Starting with my initial internet contact with Mickey thru the entire sales process with Ron to the closing and he handed me the keys it could not have been better. Ron even found me an owners manual to go with my used truck. Above and Beyond! We found a 2017 Titan XD that Hudson Nissan had on their lot. We were interested but the dealership was a 2 hour drive away. Mike Garris, the internet sales manager, contacted me before opening of business the next day. Within an hour, Mike sent a personal video, showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle, it was the perfect way to see the details. VIP Treatment the Whole Way! The customer service in Hudson Nissan is stellar. When we first talked to a salesperson on the phone, we were at a dealer in Savannah. I said we had seen the same truck on their lot and wanted to know details because it was slightly less and I did not know if it would be worth the drive.
