Customers service was awesome Went in to look at one vehicle and after talking with Mike Garrison walked out with a newer model and a even better price. He made sure I got what I wanted and needed.
Service I took my 2012 Nissan Frontier in to this dealership The service consultant, Jeff Memering, was outstanding to work with. He kept me informed of the diagnostics and repair costs. I had an addition issue with the vehicle and Jeff sent a tow truck at their expense and had the service department reevaluate the repairs and fixed the issue. I am still having some minor issues with the electrical system, but I would gladly work with Jeff again. People like him are what makes or breaks a dealer's reputation.
Excellent customer service experience The service department offers professional customer service without extended wait time. Personalized service and quality workmanship make returning for all my vehicle needs a pleasant experience. My last 2 vehicles and my current truck is a Nissan. I've been very pleased. 2016 Pathfinder SL Purchase Experience.. I bought a new 2016 PathFinder SL from Hudson Nissan. The sales person Mickey and John were really awesome to work with. They really had patience in explaining me each and every part of the vehicle. Although I took 2-3 days to evaluate other Cars and dealers, but I din not find any other sales person with such gentle and knoledgable.
