Tess is absolutely a joy to see. She listens intently to what I’m looking to do with my hair and makes suggestions that are custom to my hair type and needs. Every time she gets it right! She is very thorough and excellent at her skills. Will continue to see her for years to come.

My husband went to get his first professional haircut in probably 20 years, and he is so happy with the outcome.
