The salon was beautiful and clean , the chairs for washing your hair fits your body so when your head is getting washed your bottom of your head and neck don’t hurt.. Shawn did an amazing job on my highlights and haircut . He is patient, listens and explains what he is doing to your hair.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. Sarah was choppy, did not do what my daughter asked, cut way way too short. We payed 70 dollars for a horrible experience. Sarah did it uneven, her curtain bangs were too short, her layers were uneven, was an inch and a half shorter than my daughter asked. Cut off too much hair, other times we have come we got a somewhat better experience, but it was still bad.

Mismanaged! Stylist lied about being a regular staff member at the Huntersville, NC location, next stylist lied about prices, multiple appointment changes made by staff, charged my credit card on file without informing me, manager of Huntersville, NC location never called me back, even corporate email never responded to me when I emailed them. Management here doesn’t care to rectify unhappy customer experiences. I will never do business with this salon organization again.

I had booked an appointment several weeks ago for a cut and style. The salon confirmed several times via text. I received a call a few hours before my appointment saying that they needed to reschedule because my appointment would run to to the appointment after mine. The next Saturday appointment available with the stylist would be a month and a half away. Overbooking, lack of oversight, and unprofessional. My stylist was booked so I got Megan. I've been working on my hair for a while going platinum and I needed my roots done..partial highlights. I told her it takes a Long time for my hair to pull color and i just wanted the roots and sides platnium again to blend so when she washed it out my entire head looked like dirt brown! I went in with platinum and came out with dirt brown. I was so upset I ask her if it was suppose to be dark like that and if I could wash it out she said yes 1 wash and it will come out it was an ash ton... read more

Very pricey. Still see my very dark roots around the temple and ears etc. . Will need touch up soon despite it was way over $400 dollars. 😳 Can’t afford to go back. 😳

Hair cut was great. However, paying $40 before a tip for a boys cut is a little pricey. The front desk really struggles with customer service.

Megan was super nice. I think she was a little nervous and inexperienced on men's haircut. The clippers did not cut to skin tight. She didn't know how to fade in the back and on sides. Other than that, everything else was fine.
