The time I went before this I didn’t feel fully satisfied with how my hair came out. So, I contacted them and set up another appointment with the same person (Kandy) and she fully fixed the problem free of charge. I was worried she would be upset because I am coming back in for a “free” haircut, but she again was super nice about it and we had good conversations!

I saw Jennifer Ewald and she is awesome. She gave me the best hair cut I have had in at least 8 years and my highlights and low lights were perfectly placed and my hair looks great. She is awesome. Thanks Jennifer.
