I received a full highlight and cut. I showed multiple pictures of cool blonde and I ended up more warm . I called and went back to have fixed after paying over $300 and now it’s dark brown. Complete disconnect on what I was asking for. Will not be back . Emily was my stylist .

My daughter recently went to Huntersville to get her haircut. The stylist didn't listen at ALL. The stylist was Sarah Lail. It was at least an inch shorter than my daughter asked, choppily cut. It was uneven, and an overall terrible look. She has a concert this Monday, she got it cut Friday. She left it half dry, and half wet, the curtain bangs were different lengths, and it was a horrible haircut. Horrible service! The day of left with same colored highlights & next day more than half turned orange! Was assisted by Charlie & it’s extremely disappointing because I had not done anything on my hair for years. And to just have it ruined in a matter of hours just completely sucked! No refund of any kind given over horrible service. Took forever to reach back to me since I went in person to get my hair fixed & all they said management would contact me. I went in for a full color, (dark to light) but was informed that the appt would not allow for that time so they could to a touch up color instead. The touch up color is seriously dark and was applied half way down my forehead. I was sent out the door with the color still on my forehead and blow dried hair but no style to it at all. The shampoo and conditioner used on my hair was great.
