A fantastic experience. I went to Hudson valley integrated medicine for stress and anxiety. Mark made me feel comfortable, listen to me and put my mind at ease. I had acupuncture on Wednesday and started to feel relax immediately, woke up Thursday and feel the best I’ve felt in months. Thank you mark and the rest of the staff.

It's a hidden gem. I always looked into getting pain relief from meds but this is a godsend. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The do alot more than acupuncture too
