I haven't received a jacket from Artic Expédition and they do not want to refund me, almost two months calling and writing them. Service customer might have the directive to not refund because they do not have money. I am really sorry for them, they just loose another good client.
Delivery never came.spent way too much time on phone with delivery company and the baie Customer service. Many agent put me on silence for like 10+ minutes, probably hopping I would hang up. No replacement for free, a 15%discount for next purchase.never buying there again.
Like every Bay -- great selection of high quality products, good prices. If you get lucky, you can find great deals on end-of-season clothing in limited sizes/colors.
They have great products and ideas of decorating. The problem is that is too big and you have to walk around. No one came to offer any help.
Love shopping there but it get extremely crowded
