One star solely for slow service. Took forever to place an order and bring out the food. Never came to ck on us, we had to consistently wave them over. Dishes were good, perfect portions and loved the atmosphere.
The Bay, a Stoll word of remaining department stores, that's the Rockland shopping Center. Joe is still working in the men's department at suits and stuff but I'm sure he's lost quite a lot of weight since I saw him about 14 years ago and the department has moved to the second floor from the third floor. I originally placed an order in oct 2023 with a delivery date of feb 2024. The date was changed in 2024 to early March 2024, and someone was suppose to call the day before. They did not and nothing was delivered. Called customer service is suppose to follow up but do not. I sent email an email directly on Hudson Bay website. I get a response that someone will get in contact with me, one week later nothing! I had to take time away from work to physically go to your store downtown to get answers. Terrible Black Friday experience, promotions are not clear and there is even products with no prices at all.. your left to your own with no assistance on the floor.. then I found a couple of employees by accident after looking for them because they were without uniform nor proper identification as.. leaving empty handed going to shop somewhere more professional. It’s a pity.
Faced severe discrimination in the perfume section… She was barely looking at us, ignoring us and not helpful at all. When we were speaking in English she was replying in french only. When asking questions about the Dior perfume, she was implying that we couldn’t afford it… It’s 2024, we shouldn’t be experiencing this
