Dr. Richie was not only very knowledgeable and professional, he was warm and personable. He genuinely listened, asked pertinent questions & made helpful suggestions. In response to my more conservative nature, rather than throwing a bunch of medications at me and immediately starting with injections, Dr Richie recommended physical therapy & braces; giving my body the support it needs to heal itself. I feel as if I've found a partner in my journey to health and would highly recommend Dr Richie.
Was very good in explaining everything that he was going to do
It has been almost two years since i saw him for shoulder pain. He was so thorough and treated the problem. I had been told i HAD to have surgery but I followed his instructions and now have minimal pain that is easily controlled by my activity. I can't recommend him more highly.
Lucas riche is outstanding! Takes time to explain everything to his patients and their families. My mom broke her hip in June and she was terrified. She is 83 and he did her surgery on it and she is in better shape than before the break. She later broke her wrist and sh said take me to Dr riche. He is an absolute god send and a wonderful person as well as a dr. He also has a wonderful nurse named Megan. All his staff is great! Thank you dr riche! We recommend him to anyone who wants good results
He’s the best one I’ve ever seen I wish they had clinics in Ohio for care but they don’t however I’ll be willing and able to come back to Tennessee to get my care for big surgery if they and the insurance company will let me
Although a patient may have to wait past appointment time to see Dr. Richie, he takes the time to answer all questions and cover everything that needs to be addressed. Caring and compassion are foremost. The staff was always friendly and helpful too.

Dr. Ritchie is a rare find who embodies all we hope to find in a surgeon. He is meticulous with his work, compassionate with his clients & curtious to his staff. His communication style will make you comfortable & his skills will make you whole once again! It’s clear to me that Dr. Ritchie is gifted in his chosen profession and truly loves helping those in need.
Best Ortho ever! Takes time to listen. Is aware of my lifestyle snd mobility needs. He ensure that my treatment options and care do not jeopardize either. His staff is awesome! All care givers endure my understanding of what options are available snd let me fully participate in choosing what is best for me. They have ensured me an excellent quality of life.
