I use to take my pyr to these people and they wanted to give puppy shots every 3 weeks for several months..... now my daughter took her baby girl in for spay and it took overnight where they didn't let her know in advance. she goes to pick her dog up the next day and the dog is pretty messed up. Sonoma, very bruised abdominal area. rhe usual workers didn't day. anything. vet tech said they wanted to hold dog til nexday to watch any complications..... but the puppy isn't right!! definitely do not recommend!!!!

Recommendedtook my dog in for a wellness check recently because I had concerns for yipping when his ear is messed with, and his leg audibly creeking and cracking when he stretches and he favors it pretty consistently. So obviously as someone who loves her dog I was concerned, even though I figured it was arthritis because he is a senior boy. Mike Van Zomeren looked at my dogs ear and stated that he did see inflammation in his ear but no other concerning things like fluid or fox tails and stated it's probably allergies which I was aware... read more

Awful service. I called after contacting 4 other vets due to our cat bleeding from the mouth after a scuffle. I had been denied by one emergency vet, the other had 5 hr wait time. I explained this and she kept trying to defer me rather than help and was very rude to me about it. I admit at this point I became frustrated and raised my voice. Come on though, I never even got an answer if they had an opening to help us or not. I don't know if I've ever been treated this poorly regarding my disability. The irony, they were seeing my service dog for me and when I was leaving they had multiple people in front of me and so I sat down to wait and my dog stared alerting to an oncoming siezure so I went out to my friend's car where she'd been waiting during my appt. Next thing I knew I was coming out of a kind of no man's land that I spend hrs in after a siezure. The next morning he called sounding angry and I said, "let's pay it".
