I rented from Hunter Rentals and didn't have any problems. They were pretty good to deal with. Got my deposit back too.
I just got back from deployment and while I was in Iraq I shopped for a rental house for me and my wife on line. I found Hunter Rentals and decided to apply long distance so we would have a place secured. I was able to do everything on line with them and everything went smoothly. I just want to say that Hunter Rentals rocks! We were so worried about our house sitting empty when it came open last month and the leasing staff came through for us, which was a huge relief. We will definitely continue to refer anyone that needs a great property manager to Hunter. We have been with them for a year and a half and love them!
