First visit with Dr.O the staff was courteous and Professional. and that changed as soon as I did the consult with This Rude Nasty Dr. O. First off he was explaining what the plan can be for me. Then became very aggressive in his tone as if I was a child as I was simply asking why my health insurance was needed. Never have I ever experienced anyone so uncouth and unprofessional as that consult was.
