We leased our trailer in Troy, AL at Hunter’s Mountain in Troy, AL. Shaniqua Adams is the property manager. We put in multiple maintenance requests for very serious issues that often went ignored. • First, our back door Schlage lock did not work for over a year despite multiple maintenance requests were sent. The maintenance worker would come and mark it as “fixed”, but it was not fixed. We called in April 2024 to complain after multiple requests were already sent in 2023 and still no one was sent.
