Not a perfect company but is there ever? I’ve lived here over six years and built a relationship with the rental staff. There are some hiccups but the staff is only human. They try their best to build community and give the best service possible. And the maintenance staff is polite and courteous as long as you show them respect.

The place to live I have lived in places before and I have got to say Hunter's Ridge have been the most friendly and welcomed people I have ever met, I would tell anyone that I know to apply for an apartment here. They have the best integrity I have every seen. They are very knowledgeable about their property and do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. Hunter's Ridge I have been living at Hunter's Ridge for over a month now and I absolutely love the area that I live in. It is very close everything, but far enough away to be in a very quite neighborhood. So, its like having the best of both worlds.

Ms. Location is very convenient to Short Pump area where I work. An older building, but large rooms. Washer & dryer in the unit. Maintenance staff is usually very fast & efficient.

the apartments are nice everything about the apartments are good, love the area, the looks, and the quiet neighborhood, but they all have carpet, and I would like wood floor
