This was not a great experience. The person who did my IV was not very proficient at it. The other times it was painless. This time was very painful. The chair is extremely uncomfortable. Pillows would help with these hard chairs. I was given absolutely no instructions or information about what they were doing or going to do. I had to keep asking.
