I have been there four times and everyone from the front desk, to the person who prepare me to go into the MRI room. I have had 3 different technicians for the MRI and they all were very nice and made me comfortable.

I initially went to the Breast Center thinking that’s where the imaging was done. I asked one of the receptionists and she went out of her way to direct me to where the Imaging center was . She left her post, came out of the building and pointed me to the imaging center. That was an excellent patient interaction. .

I was met with assistance upon entering (did not have an appointment) I waited only about 20 minutes or 1/2 hour til I was called back. The tech (intern, I’m guessing) was pleasant and polite. So it ended up being a fairly quick process for which I was very grateful.
