Medical tech who did the ultrasound was very thorough, communicated well, and was personable. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. The iPad (?) sign in is still annoying. After the first time completing it, future visit updates, if any, should be done by staff. We are paying for medical care, not to do your job. It would be nice to have a couple of chairs for those who need to sit while signing in.
