The X part of the exam was supper the checking on on the tiny print table was painful and time consuming. After spending more then 15 minutes with the table everything that was required when I went to the waiting area a worker came out to request my insurance cards even through i had entered them in the table. Seems like you new check in system is making more work for your staff then before.
