I woke up with pain in my right ankle I had never experienced in my life on Friday. I was grateful for my doctor to squeeze me in to see her as soon as there was an opening on her schedule that day. She then referred me to the imaging center for an ultrasound; I was able to make an appointment that very afternoon. Upon completion of the ultrasound , the nurse was in contact with my doctor with her findings. My doctor was in contact with me that Friday evening also.
