After arrival, I immediately was checked in, directed to the waiting area for X-ray, and sat down to wait. Within 2 minutes, the X-ray tech, Boris, called for me and we went back to the procedure room. His instructions were clear, I was very comfortable, and finished within 5 minutes! What a nice surprise......previous visits to the Imaging Center have involved waits of up to 35 minutes. I was in and out within 10. Fantastic work by your professional staff!!! Thank you.

Check in fast, staff helpful and friendly. The self check in was a nice option but the amount of detail required to fill out was a bit much. Suggest that many of the questions could have been answered in the portal prior to check in. Procedure was efficient and clinical staff professional and friendly. Only suggestion would be to brief patient on the various noises the machine makes. Not specifically an issue for myself but as a past caregiver for my parents I know that sudden loud sounds would cause stress if not prepared... read more

I arrived one hour early and they took me in for my scan immediately. Every one from the receptionist to those assisting me through my procedure were professional and overall fantastic. I had my results in one day.

Everything from the online pre check-in to the actual on site check in and exam was as easy and comfortable as can be. The staff is kind and courteous as the always are. They ease you fears and make the exam as easy as possible. I have in the past gone to other sites for exams, they should take lessons from the people at Huntington-Hill.
