Excellent…got appointment fast by coming at 5 am. They are always very professional. The lockers for private stuff works great and easy. Everything runs smoothly!

I was greeted in a friendly manner, waited in a comfortable waiting area, and Anna, my ultrasound tech, was very kind and competent. (I am guessing at her last name, below.) I have one complaint - the pre-printed admittance forms. Yes, they save time and effort, but ... I could not modify my approval signature to show I require prior review and my consent before any treatment is undertaken, as I usually do on the handwritten forms. The technician was great very sensitive and was clear the only problem was in the waiting room when they call my name and I cannot hear him because I'm hearing impaired I told the front desk they said they've been left the department no and no word was shared. This wasn't the first time or the second timer the third time that I sit in the waiting room without being noticed because I am deaf.
