Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, and wait times were minimal. I don't like paying for parking, though. I had two procedures and had to pay maximum parking. There should be a less costly way to get services.

I needed a stat abdominal X-ray. They originally told me they were only taking pre-op patients and that I would have to wait as a walk-in, with no guarantee as to when I would be seen. However, as I explained the urgency (I might have swallowed a tooth crown in my sleep last night) she was able to fit me in. The X-ray technician was great also. Thank you Huntington!!

The technician that provided my service was Nicholas. Nicholas was very professional, friendly and personable. He explained the process step by step and what I should expect with each step. He made me feel at ease. The person who walked me into the room and checked in my paperwork was also very nice. However, I didn't get her name. This was my first time at the Pasadena Hill Imaging site and my visit was very pleasant.
