Had some difficulty getting the MRI scheduled due to a disconnect between the MDs office getting the order processed though the imaging center. Required several phone calls. During the actual appointment, the staff were very nice. However, the music being played was very loud, perhaps in an effort to mask the MRI sounds. But loud music combined with loud machine sounds was pretty uncomfortable. Please consider providing disposable soft foam ear plugs during MRI procedures.

I arrived early because there wasn't much traffic and they took me in right away! The procedure was very short, well explained and I got out early. It was very professional and the staff were kind and I was well taken care of.

Night appts are so nice… much less stressful. Unfortunately I cannot be on my back without pain because of spinal stenosis but I survived.I was a shaky cranky mess that night and feeling used the next day but it got done. The staff definitely tried tibeaccomodating!

Waiting was not too bad. Even when appointment was at 5.30 a.m., I still had to wait because there were 4 patients ahead of me. The technician did a good job but the imaging procedure was inherently not pleasant and was not the fault of technicians.
